    The purpose of this template is to render a coloured circle
    which will be displayd on the course edit settings form next
    to th tile colour drop down.  When the user clicks the colour,
    it is selected in th drop down by JS.  Called from edit_form_helper.js

    Data attributes required for JS:
    * none

    Context variables required for this template:
        * selected - is the circle selected
        * colour - hex color
        * id - which tile num in this course
